Yeah they are a bit creepy to look at. I guess for the eye we can only go by what other civilisations have used it for. To ward off evil such as the Eye of Horus used by the Egyptians? Or maybe it means all seeing? That the Bahro are all seeing, they see everything that goes on. At the moment until we know more we can only speculate.
But it's fun to speculate and wonder what these drawings may represent. |

remember that the ages we played in Prime all had symbols? this is one of them. Maybe it indicates they are slaves, who / where they belonged or something. It is one of the symbols I had to put in place in the cleft to summon Yeesha's image at the end of the game. _________________

Not exactly. The symbol at the end of the game had three more vertical lines on the top of the eye instead of the eyebrow or whatever you want to call the thing above the eye in the picture. _________________ Jaharen

You're right........ my memory is failing me
But still, it looks like it could be one of those age symbols, the style looks the same I think. _________________

We have seen that eye symbol somewhere else before. The hood stone on the balcony overlooking the hood.

You've got a good "eye" and a good memory, Farlesis. _________________ Professor Daniel Askew - Securing our reality from the machinations of the Station Masters. |

I think the stone is depicting key pieces of the journey. The house on top of the mountain above clouds is Relto with the bahro totems on either side being transported to Relto. The picture in the lower left is the Bahro cave opening down into the Star Fissure. Notice how the Bahro around the eye are facing the lower left picture. I think it's showing that the Bahro watch us and what we do with the totems. Then the similar picture on the bottom right is showing the Bahro cave opening down into D'ni. Notice now how the Bahro are below the cave and are descending on D'ni. That's my interpretation of the stone. _________________ Jaharen

What? You mean people didn't know all that information about the balcony stone already? _________________

Hi Tehl
I think most people do know what the hood stone repsents. But then I also think everything is open to interpretation and things are going to mean differently to everyone. I don't think Cyan has either confirmed or denied the meaning of different symbols or images? But it's good to have different interpretations, it sparks discussion and thought. |

I may still be trying to figure out the signifigance of the eye, but I thought the rest was fairly obvious. _________________
