These are just amazing images by Stephan Martiniere, visual design director for Cyan.

I saw the announcement on the Uru Obsession site and had to check them out, of course Smile The one labeled "Alley" is my favorite and I guess it leaves little doubt that it's Tokotah Alley.

Yes the Alley is just amazing, I love The White Room as well, and the island House in both day and night. Keep wondering if that might be K'veer Island, it has the kind of right shape. All of them are just amazing.

I was wondering the same Farlesis. It seems like the kind of mansion that Veovis and his father Rakeri would live. And some of the features shown in the picture do match the descriptions in the BOT & BOA. I hope us explorers get the chance to visit K'veer someday.

Does White Room remind anyone else of room at the end of 2001: A Space Odyssey?

From Stephen:

Quote:
for several years now I have been striving to continuously push my digital painting envelope by exploring new techniques and ideas. I am glad to announce that the book covers "light" and "angel city" both received the 2004 EXPOSE master award
the book cover "hostile take over" received the 2004 EXPOSE excellence award and
the comic book cover "para2" received the 2004 SPECTRUM gold award.
these awards are both gratifying and a personal reinforcement to the stylistic direction my work has taken these last few years.

Wow, amazing. I hope they will be able to integrate all of those concepts into URU.
