Well, I'm playing with it a bit, but I don't know much D'ni beyond 'shorah b'shemtee', so it's slow going. The title is Kehnehn Gor, and it sems to be repeated quite a bit at the beginning of sentences. Definitely prose of some kind.

First Verse:
Khehnehn gor khrehgahntiuhahothtee b'shehnto uhointahv yo D'ni
Khehnehn gor khrehgahntahntee b'kehn shehntotehij

I think...

the title I think might be something like

be _____ time

kehn=be
Gor= time
nehn?? I have no idea at the moment what that could be

There are certain words I recognise,

'Khehnehn gor khrehgahntahntee b'kehn'

this could mean

be___time for the empire or you all

Kehn = be
gor=time
khreh=for the
gahn=empire
tahn=or
tee= you all
b'=to
kehn=be

From your translation, Farlesis, it sounds like an A'gearis pamphlet.

will try to help when I figure out this rendering program I've got. (I'm thinking of using it to make another Myst fan-made game. only with the amount of effort they did at Cyan.)

off the top of my head, "b'shehnto" literally means "to take"

Yes, I kept thinking ogf Veovis, with you saying A'gearis, it makes perfect sense, the language, almost threatening 'either the empire or you' kind of thing.

I wonder if it was one of the famous pamphlets? It seems like an thing to be lying around at this point. Not generally Yeesha's style, though, or Zandi's, and Sharper doesn't know D'ni. There's always the heretofore unseen survivor on Noloben.

I read it as "Kehn-ehn Gor"

literal:be-it time

So the title in vernacular English is "It is Time"

the first line:It is time for the _ you all to take _(verb-noun) of D'ni.

That's all I have so far.
