Right now I'm fine...only slid twice both times were in the parking lot. If I could just tell everyone that 4-wheel drive doesn't mean your empty pickup truck can do 60 over icy bridges...
I am safe at home with a new game that I just picked up from my local store. So I'm launching the install and diving into the cavern! _________________ Ham Radio KE5JBX

Right now I'm trying to catch up on posts, and considering a quick link down to the cavern. _________________ #Brian Fioca

Right now I am nursing the bump on my shin where I nailed the clothes basket fumbling for my cell phone across the darkened bedroom to stop the ringing from waking my wife. I love my job, I love writing code and developing applications, but 3AM on-call phone calls from Operations suck! At least I got to wake my boss at this hour to confirm my diagnosis of the problem and the solution! Yeah, I get to go back to sleep...

Right now I'm trying to figure out how to take the bus to school because there's no way in heek I'm trying to drive today, and they're not cancelling school this time... *slightly peeved about it* _________________

Not seconding the awesome seattle bus system so much. Seems like every time it snows like this Bri has to drive to work because the buses never show up. _________________ ~Moiety Jean

Wow, that's too bad! I've found it easier to take the bus than drive. I'll give a report of my experiences after I finally make it home safe and sound today... _________________

Right now I'm SERIOUSLY craving a REALLY good bagel. You know, one of those fresh, doughy, chewy kind? The kind you can't really find at the grocery store?
Right now I need to get to the post office before they close to ship out some stuff from my Half.Com inventory.

Thanks homerjay I'm still at school but we'll see how the roads are. It's supposed to get ICY tonight. _________________

Right now: How to NOT drive in the snow and ice (in Portland). Don't slam on your brakes--you loose control of your car even more! _________________

Um... WOW!
That's kind of crazy. It's hard enough to get moving when it's icy... even harder to stop.
"All Wheel Drive" don't mean a damn thing when you put on the brakes.
Stay safe, all you Northern Pacific peeps! _________________ KI 182798
