A funny thing happend to me in the TGT forum...

I log in, open a topic, and hit the little "read new posts" button on a thread. I read, i laugh, the world is good.

I go back to the topic and hit the same button on a different thread, and I get a page "no new posts".

this only seems to happen in Firefox. The solution for me was to use the IE Tab plugin to render TGT in IE... but still, it's an oddity worth mentioning.

Can anyone validate my claims? or at least validate that I'm invalid? Razz

Seems like you're having issues with your cookies. Try deleting all your cookies (go to Privacy -> Show cookies, and delete the ones from TGT), and make sure that TGT is allowed to leave cookies on your computer.

Actually, I use Firefox to browse the Great Tree forums, because when I use IE7, it doesn't recognize my login. I've deleted passwords and cookies, and I still cannot login with IE7 - but I can with Firefox.

How strange. I've not experienced either of those issues.

No problems on this forum.

Other forums, sometimes yeah, but I'm lazy about clearing my cookies...
