Supposedly there will be little notes and commentary on the screen.

I had a dream last night where I was seeing Dharma Initiative logos just outside my field of vision that would vanish when I looked directly at them. And I don't even WATCH Lost. _________________ KI: 34353 |

Hmm...That is a problem. Perhaps the Initiative has got hold of you.
Thanks for the info, Eleri! I do use Lostpedia but didn't think to look there. I'll be there with bells on.
Oh, and I just bought my Dharma Initiative coffee mug with the Swan station logo. _________________ Professor Daniel Askew - Securing our reality from the machinations of the Station Masters. |

I was wondering how long it would take you to post.
Not to burst your bubble, Eleri, but was there ever any doubt where this was going? I'm very hard pressed to come up with any alternative answers for this short story.
The good news is......it's not finished. Well, it is, but what's up with the Maxwell Group home page, hmmm? Where are we supposed to get our username and password? _________________ Professor Daniel Askew - Securing our reality from the machinations of the Station Masters. |

Hello? No lost posts? OMG, what did everyone think of the new episode? I, for one, am intrigued.

omg, I love you.
I thought the new episode was kind of on the weird side, but I'm still desperately curious to see how all our questions will be answered.
See, that's going to be a difficult thing, because with each new episode they give us about ten more questions and sometimes answer perhaps one.
I am reminded always of the bit in Futurama, where Zoidberg has a conch-shell house under the sea, which they discover has burned down to a charred lumber frame.
Zoidberg falls to his knees and cries, "How did this happen?!"
Hermes: "That's a VERY good question!"
Bender, retrieving his lit cigar from the ruins: "Aha! There's where I left my cigar!"
Hermes: "THAT just raises FURTHER questions!!" _________________ ~Moiety Jean

What? Oh, sorry, I was still in a daze. Personally, I loved it. The show is rich in chewy goodness. That is to say, lots to chew on. I read the Lostpedia synopsis of the episode only to discover that I missed a couple of things (although some things you couldn't see w/o a little help from freezy frame. I'm going to watch the episode again on the web and really let it sink in. Season 3's flash forward obviously takes place after season 4's flash forward so you have to wonder.....what the hell happened? _________________ Professor Daniel Askew - Securing our reality from the machinations of the Station Masters. |

"The Oceanic Six"
We know who 3 of them are... anyone want to cast lots on who the other 3 are? and as a bonus, WHICH of those other 3 were in the Coffin??
And by the by... only a guy who's gone gray prematurely (me) would notice... how come Jack's island scruff and near future scruff is noticably gray, but his far-future beard is evenly dark? now THERE'S a mystery. _________________ KI 182798

I made this prediction while watching the premier. I'm going to share it with you all because it's not a spoiler in any way...just a feeling. I think the man in the coffin is Locke. I base this on two things: Jack said at the funeral parlor that he was neither a friend nor family of the deceased. Secondly, if Locke somehow fulfills some great destiny (or doesn't thanks to Jack) and Jack is present or aware of said event, then he might get quite emotional over Locke's death. _________________ Professor Daniel Askew - Securing our reality from the machinations of the Station Masters. |

Locke in the coffin was my gut feeling too...
So that makes 4 out of 6... anyone casting any thoughts on the remaining 2?
What do people think of Sawyer aka Ford? I only ask from the extreme Flash Forward when Jack and Kate were at the end of the runway... Kate says "I have to go... he'll be waiting." WHO exactly is "he"?!? She said it like Jack would know who "he" was... and who else whould she have to get back to that Jack would know.
Just a thought... anyone else?? _________________ KI 182798

Yeah, Cuzin, I agree that it makes the most sense that Sawyer is the fifth...that Kate had to get back to him. As far as the sixth? How about Michael? Woah. I think I need an aspirin. _________________ Professor Daniel Askew - Securing our reality from the machinations of the Station Masters. |

Well, *THAT* was interesting.
So, how did a Dharma polar bear get to ancient Tunsinia? _________________

Are we sure it was ancient Tunisia? It was just a skeleton, right? Not a fossil... Where is Tunisia? (edit: hooray, wiki!)
Yeah, what IS the monster, dammit!?
