The DRC gives us very little information.
Yeesha has stopped talking to us.
The Bahro, no one knows what they are up to.

We are in the dark.

We at the Great Tree are declaring Tuesday, May 1st to be a Day of Darkness.

When you go into Cavern, wear all black, all day long.
If you run a website, change the background to black.
Change your avatar on the forums you are on to black for the day.
Place a black picture in your signature.

We are in the dark, but we don't want to be. So we are asking you to help us in this symbolic action. This is an act of solidarity. We will show them, and us, that we are not an annoyance, nor are we pawns, nor unruly children.

We, the explorers, ask that the DRC let us be partners in the Restoration. Let us help. Make an official and regular effort to communicate with us, even if it is to say "We don't have anything to add right now."

We, the explorers, ask that Yeesha let us be partners in the Journey. We've followed your quest. Give us context. Help us understand what you are trying to say.

We, the explorers, ask that we ourselves put aside our differences. Our politics have been based on personal vendettas for too long. Our focus and effort should be on becoming partners in the task of being the new stewards of D'ni.

Will the DRC listen? Will Yeesha and the Bahro even notice? Who knows?
That's only part of the point. We'll be doing this together. That's more important.

I spoke to Jazz from the Restoration Realists group today, and mentioned that there's a possibility we could help eachother out considering recent events. She said she had tried to register here and never gotten a confirmation email, can one of you modly sorts check into that?

Get Jazz's e-mail address (the one she meant to register with), and PM it to Dusante here with a request to activate her account. He was able to solve Akiva's account problem just the other day. (There was a typo in her e-mail address.)

I may have fixed the Jazz issue. Not sure. Went into her profile and clicked the radio button that says on (instead of off) for "User is active". I guess I accidentally tossed the registration notice. I'll send her a PM and tell her to try poasting.
