They don't do group rates, what you do, is call and ask for their Special Event rate, (tell em you're there for a family reunion!), and if the'll check availability.

Sending out confirmation emails to people is on my List Of Things To Do tomorrow.

I have made arrangements with a local friend for crash space. I will try to drag him along too. I am still working to get him to sign up for GameTap.

I plan to arrive in the area Friday evening; not sure if I'll check in with the group, will probably be tired.
