People who are on dialup and can't get to gametap for one reason or another need a place to linger. It would be wrong to leave people out in the cold if they can't get to Live. Sad

I believe H'uru is also being used to test out age creation tools that may eventually be implimented in Live. It's like a breeding ground of possibilities for making User-created content work.
