So... I know I haven't been in the Cavern too much lately... but I swung by the 'hood tonight.

the place was littered with Fire Marbles! plus, I think I cuaght the culprit who left them around...

EDDIE! I cornered him by the waterfall.

So... is this new, or have I just not been around enough lately?

It's been around for a week now! A little present from GD to us D'malaites.

And red firemarbles, nonetheless. Didn't they used to be blue?

It really IS like Christmas! Red and green!

Either that, or a traffic light.
Cool

A week, huh? I guess I have been a bit absent.

While it's fun to kick Eddie around again, I would have much rathered a Beta Invite for early Christmas instead of Fire Marbles... Rolling Eyes

But a gift is a gift and I intend to enjoy what I have.

:kicks Eddie and giggles maniacally: Twisted Evil

So...

It would seem that no one except me has been in the 'hood on D'mala for the past few days.

Is everyone else busy with life on the surface? or in another shard? or perhaps in a hood you're not allowed to discus because on an NDA?

If the reason is the latter, then color me jealous. Mad

I'l just keep kicking Eddie around... he's a sucker for abuse. Plus, I'll work on getting all the firemarbles out of the corners they were kicked into... and I'll watch the clock turn....

/me is so lonely.... Crying or Very sad

I've been busy with school, personally, Cuz. Plus I don't really know what's even going on in the Cavern these days. No time for Cyan to organize events there. The real meat is beta, I guess.

I'm sorry... I am so ashamed... I've been seeing another MMO.... Embarassed

I've been playing City of Heroes. I was hoping to get my main character to level 50 before Uru Live launches, but it doesn't seem like I'm going to make it. Crying or Very sad

yeah, err, I've been having trouble with my "linking book", it's on the fritz. It takes me about halfway and then shoots me back to my house very suddenly.

Well, that and I just moved and my wireless network at my new place won't stay connected for more than about 30 seconds at a time. That doesn't help either. Sometimes it connects, sometimes it doesn't, it's totally random. Sometimes it stays connected for a long time, other times it'll connect and disconnect 3 or 4 times within a 2 minute period. I generally have a pretty good idea of what I'm doing when it comes to these things, but I just can't get this bugger figured out... Mad

Glad I'm not the only one that has kinda disappeared from the boards for a little bit. I mean, I'm still here and posting, I just don't get a chance to post stuff with substance; I haven't been able to hang out on the forum long enough to be able to make any substantial contributions because of my wacky schedule in the weeks before school starting again. Hope to be back and more involved soon. Sorry peeps. Embarassed

No worries! I'm often especially guilty of this.

I'm not in the Cavern on weeknights... work comes to early. Weekends, though, I come in and wander around. This weekend is busier than most, with the Roof! party. So, come on up out of the 'hood and dance with us. Saturday... I'll be recovering. If you find an avatar staring off into space, forgotten, that'll be me. Just give me a gentle nudge, please. Smile

Be careful what you ask for Lord Chaos... your unattended avatar just might be suspended in air when you return! Laughing
