Cycreim, your icons look fab. Could you make ones to replace these buttons?

Thanks! I hope it works the way we think it will... I'm worried the new spammer users will still show up on the poster list. If so, at least we'll now get emails about them and they won't get to post.

I can't do it tonight but I'll get right on it tomorrow!

While I'm at it I may as well recolour the emoticons. And fix that blasted "Smile" emoticon. WHY IS THE MOUTH OPEN

It's because the poor little Smiley doesn't have a nose. So he has to breathe through his mouth when he smiles.

Or some junk like that. Rolling Eyes

While your at it, you should make the tongue on Razz look more like a tongue sticking out and going "PHHBBTTBTBTT"!

Razz looks just like Smile but with bleeding gums.

Every time I return to this page its level of awesomeness increases fivefold. It looks GREAT! And very professional! I'm so impressed. O_O

I agree with the smileys... I wouldn't mind having my hand at some of them. Twisted Evil

Maybe we could all have our own smilies... Like :daed:, :brian:, :jean:, :prof:, etc... That'd be a hoot.

Wonderful.

Coffee has just shot forth from my nose and all over my keyboard.

Co-workers thought I was having some sort of cerebral hemorrage the way I was coughing, laughing, gasping, and sputtering.

My humiliation is complete. You guys are way to much fun.

Maybe I'll get a new laptop out of this... Twisted Evil

Wholly cow! Boy, was I surprised to get back to work, open my browser and find this sitting here... It looks awesome!! Nice work everyone over the weekend, the hard work and Brian's current lack of hair really look good. Wink

I'm getting used to the new theme now.

It looks much better now that quoted text is on a darker background instead of a bright one.

One comment on the new personal icons: Y!, MSN, etc have colored symbols. Other icons, like E-mail, PM, WWW, Profile, etc have monochrome symbols. The lack of consistency bothers me a bit; I think it would look better if each icon had a tiny splash of color. Just a small thought. Also, the dark text on the dark background is a little difficult to read. Maybe change to light text, or lighten the background?

One comment on text color: I agree with a previous comment that a little more contrast between the background and the text would be nice. The text doesn't have to be exactly the color of the background of the logo. A brighter text color would make things easier to read.

A comment on URLs: I think links should be more distinguishable from non-clickable text. Ideally, they should always be underlined; I dislike themes that make non-underlined links, because underlining is the traditional hypertext presentation method of saying "You can click on this."

Otherwise everything is pretty awesome.
