Cilantro is great stuff. Just has to be used in appropriate amounts. It's a great accent because it freshens things up nicely.

Mushrooms are also great. Imagine: Teledahn Mushroom Pizza for 1,000.. and that's just one.

I would imagine that with all that swampy land the Teledahn chefs had water cress rather than cilantro.

I'd love to come up with a D'ni themed menu for a party. Maybe for my birthday party. Hmmm... I could post pics of various Myst beasties & plants in my journal, and ask the guests to come up with a dish using that 'ingredient'
