I got so used to hearing her talk about the least that I forgot what she looked like as a baby

It's weird at the moment playing Exile and seeing Yeesha when she was a baby and now seeing her in Uru as an adult, its surreal. I was playing Real Myst last week and it's just amazing to see how far we have come on this journey and even know we still don't know anything about the D'ni civilisation. All we have are the tidbits that have been given to us, but that's all part of the journey, piecing it together, trying to solve and understand it.

Sadly at the moment I can't seem to get Riven to work, I guess it no longer works on an XP OS Sad Will have to see if I can find a newer version that might work.

That's just what I meant. I knew she was there, I just had trouble connecting her w/ the kid n Myst III. and by the way Farlesis, I really think it's the processor. My dad's laptap has XP and Riven runs fine on that. however, not on the desktop. Dad's has a Pentium 3, and the desktop has a Pentium 4.

Yeesha as a baby, aaaaaahhhhh memories of Myst III Exile... Smile

Clearly, the tatoos came much later... Do you suppose she has
"written" eternal youth onto her body? Rolling Eyes

Farlesis, I had no trouble running Riven with XP. I don't understand what could be happening there.

Mystlander, perhaps she's written herself around aging. We have no idea what she's been up to between the time Exile ends and her involvement with the Cleft. Perhaps she took some time off away from our recognized continuity in time.

Laughing Laughing I don't know. Laughing Laughing But, it's fun to guess, yes?

It's ok Professor I bought a new copy of Riven some weeks ago on EBay that works fine on my machine Very Happy Now I have two copies of Riven Smile

It was nice going back to Riven, seeing all those places again, the village, Catherine and Gehn.

The tattoo's are interesting and I wonder where she got then? Some kind of tribal marking? The BBC over here last year did an amazing program called 'Last of the Medicine Men' about one guy travelling through South America and working his way towards Mexico, during the journey he was staying with tribes within the Amazon rainforest, watching there rituals, partaking in them and getting tattoed with the tribal design on his leg. Which looked very painful. Although I'm guessing he didn't feel a thing the air was thick with smoke, chanting and drum beating.

Maybe she got her tattoo's from the Bahro?
