Ok, I apologize in advance for the length of this post, there's a lot to tell.

Earlier today, I was wandering through the hoods, and happened upon a bevin I hadn't seen before. Nbnasbsbsa Naec Scnecsc's Bevin.(sp?)
On the left imager, Naec had posted a message.

I have a puzzle for you.
What do you know of our roots? What do you know of the past? The tree remains, replenished by the storm that has come and gone. All trees begin with a seed. There is a seed somewhere close, it is just above a pool of water. The seed is stubborn as it refuses to grow roots to reach the water. It has no roots with which to drink, so it remains thirsty.
Find the seed, it's not far.

Someone named Whilyam had already seen it and solved it. When I went over and saw it, I said something along the lines of "wow". Whilyam guessed that I was talking about the puzzle, and We talked about it for a minute. I asked him what the answer was, and he told me it was the egg room. He left a minute later. I PMed CuzinJohn about it, and he also solved the puzzle rather quickly. We tried various things, but it appeared that once you'd found the answer, you were done with it. Naec didn't leave a KI number in the message.

A bit later, I was in the great zero trying to get the coordinates back in my KI. On my way back to the hood, (our hood), CuzinJohn, who was in bevin PMed me saying that Naec had linked there. I linked to the hood, and saw Naec looking around.

Throughout his visit, Naec kept running around to different places in the hood.

I didn't think to start a chatlog until Naec and I were the only ones there, so I only have a partial log of his visit, but here it is anyway. It's an interesting read.

Unedited log follows:
(07/28 18:01:4Cool Chat.log started...
(07/28 18:01:5Cool Jmp12: hello?
(07/28 18:02:29) Nbnasbsbsa Naec Scnecsc: You are a member of the great tree?

(07/28 18:05:23) Nbnasbsbsa Naec Scnecsc: sounds like it to me
(07/28 18:05:44) Jmp12: where'd you go?
(07/28 18:06:17) Nbnasbsbsa Naec Scnecsc: Seek and you will find.
(07/28 18:07:23) Nbnasbsbsa Naec Scnecsc: Were you present during the first restoration?

(07/28 18:09:1Cool Jmp12: The egg room
(07/28 18:09:3Cool Nbnasbsbsa Naec Scnecsc smiles

(07/28 18:11:23) To Blade Lakem: with a long name
(07/28 18:11:4Cool Nbnasbsbsa Naec Scnecsc: You may call me Naec if you wish
(07/28 18:12:13) From Nbnasbsbsa Naec Scnecsc: Fairwell.

(07/28 18:12:5Cool To Blade Lakem: He just left.
(07/28 18:13:05) Jmp12 says stop!
(07/28 18:13:05) To Blade Lakem: log
(07/28 18:13:16) Jmp12 says stop!
(07/28 18:13:16) To Blade Lakem: log
(07/28 18:13:24) To Blade Lakem: oh
(07/28 18:13:29) ...Chat.log stopped.

When I told him the answer to his puzzle, (the eggroom), he sent me a message and a marker mission. I forgot to record the message so I could post it, so I'll have to get it the next time I'm in the cavern. I did however record the text from the marker mission.

He had used the text attached to the markers to write a riddle, and numbered each marker to show the order.

The past. The moon never shows on one of four, long ago used for a gift, then for harvest, and, in secret, it was also used as a prison for those who link at will.

Blade Lakem and I both think the answer is Teladon.

That's basically all there is so far. Naec's hood is still public, although I'm sure it won't stay on the public list for long.

I'm not sure what to think of it all, although it seems like Naec was trying to speak and act like Yeesha. I'm interested to see where this goes though.

After reading back through this, I think it sounds rather quick paced. I kind of rushed from one thing to another. Sorry about that.

You don't have to feel sorry about that, Jmp12 Razz

Those are very interesting situations you've been experiencing
and they're absolutely worth to tell... though it all sounds quite
weird so far... Cool

Thanks for sharing, Jmp12 Very Happy

Here's the message he sent me:

Quote:
A new tree grows,
A new wind blows,
An old storm goes,
A new storm comes.

Do you remember the cry of thanks? Do you remember the journey? Have you seen the rain in the desert? Have you seen the flowers?

If you have not been to the Cleft, then let me show you a sample of what lies ahead of you.

If you have seen the least, free at last, and heard their cry of gratitude, then let us take a trip back along well traveled paths. Let us return to the least of rings.

Many take the journey. Many solve the puzzles. Many find the cloths. Many return the pillars.

There is however more to these ages than puzzles and pillars. Many miss the interesting secrets hidden throughout. After you have traveled the obvious path return, for there is more yet to find for those willing to read between the lines.

Give or take the start of a new paragraph.
