Right now I can't believe the cavern is going to be officially opened... for reals (Rils? *lol*). Someone pinch me. I'm excited but incredibly nervous at the same time. We've all been waiting for this for so long in anticipation.
Right now... I think I should get my butt into the cavern.

Where to start...Right now I want to say I thought of Kev when I first posted because I knew he would have loved to go. I haven't watched the game on TIVO yet but I was about 10 rows up from the ice right on an aisle seat so I'm prolly on some of the coverage. The game was amazing!
I'm glad Kev was awake if only because he busted you! Ah Orlando...the site of the only video of Saxy I have seen. Wait you're in that ad you did for class aren't you - ok so maybe Orlando is site of the second video of Saxy I have ever seen but it was a special one!
Have a good night all! I am off to explore the cavern and catch some sleep!

Get an independent estimate of the cost for the project from someone not bidding on the contract.
Don't accept bid offers that dramatically undercut the independent estimate.
Negotiate a contract where the builder pays 30-50% of cost overruns if the project goes over-budget.

Right now, I am recalling Ron D. Moore talking about how the backers of Battlestar Galactica told him to try and cut some corners early on, so he took it literally. You will see literal cut corners all over that show.
Right now, I am thinking that cut corners will make it hexagonal not round.
