Right now, I just backed up the database in case this thread breaks the board. Don't know what's wrong...

Right now I had this vision of Marten's friend wandering around Seattle looking very confused.

Right now I'm glad MJ's leg is healing... even if it does look a bit Zombieish (perhaps Snaxy shouldn't visit Shocked )

We've been having crappy weather here too, not crazy (it is after all Scotland, rain and wind are a given) but just consistentely bad.

They announced the other day that we haven't had a day without rain for 30 days now. I'm considered collecting some animals and building an ark.

Perhaps everyone should play Enya's "A Day Without Rain?"

Right now I can't sleep because the wind is howling and rattling the windows and banging things around. What a miserable storm. I hope everyone has found a place indoors today.

Right now, hoping the rest of the Seattle folken are doing OK. We were without power for most of the night, and it was scary-windy all night.

Right now I remember getting struck by lightning when I was thirteen years old. I was grounded so I didn't get hurt but it did feel as if I was frozen in time for a moment. Ordinarily you would think that would cause an aversion to storms but for some odd reason it had the opposite affect on me. I am a storm whore! So, while I wish you all the best and that you all remain safe.....I wish I was there. Twisted Evil

We're still fine here. We didn't lose power (the 'net went down for a while) but some sort of transformer blew behind the house. I found a chunk of it next to the house and am really glad it didn't come through a window. Eeg.

I guess we really lucked out.. no flooding or apparent wind damage other than the evergreen boughs littered all over the place, which actually looks kind of festive. I'm thinking about grabbing one for the house. lol. Even our garbage cans didn't blow away (though they have a new friend near them, since someone else's can blew into our driveway).

Right now I'm glad you guys are okay. We don't get many serious storms here, we're sheltered by land to the north and a lake to the south so most of the scary stuff climaxes over the midwest before it moseys on over this way. I don't envy you guys on the coasts, you guys have hella weather Razz
